  I'm a fan of IKEA and I was so excited last year when Reading branch was opened. We visited it very regularly since then and I can tell you it's getting worse every week! In particular, re-stocking became very poor and staff have no idea when something is back on stock. In parts, their shelves are complete mess. Restaurant became horrible: in the last 3 weeks they hadn't fixed soft drink machine. They served on paper plates once because their dishwasher was out of order. Coffee machine was broken twice. Not to mention dirty tables crying for their attention! This branch lets whole IKEA brand down. I think they need a new store manager.
